Refurbishment and extension to existing post-war weatherboard house.

The form of the roof is maintained and terminated with an expressive angular cut at the rear to embrace a north facing deck that mimicks the form of the roof. 

 

High ceiling areas in the extension provide ample wall space for the owners to hang artworks.

 

A craftman's work shed in the form of a minimalist box is also added to the back yard.
