Located in a residential neighbourhood, the Butterfly House is an extension to an existing double brick semi-detached house. The project includes reconfiguring the interior of the existing house to add and additional bedroom plus a new open plan living space to the rear of the property.

The butterfly roof form sits lightly above the open plan living space creating a high ceiling - light filled living space for the owners. The space opens out to an ample deck creating a indoor – outdoor living and entertaining space.
